We are looking for a confident, adaptable Deputy Manager to join the dynamic Nurse Team at Burgess Manor Care Home. This position is for 39 hours per week on days with some weekend work included. The role will be made up of two nursing shifts and the remainder will be supernumerary.
Burgess Manor Care Home provides a stimulating, specialist environment for residents with varying levels of dementia, mental health diagnosis and general nursing requirements. You are kind, warm and passionate about supporting individuals to remain active whilst maintaining their dignity and independence.

All our staff members are given the opportunity to further their skills by completing their QCF Level 2 or 3. We currently have a number of our team being trained in the Care Home Assistant Practitioner (CHAPs) qualification so they are able to further their own professional development whilst supporting the Nurse Team
