We’ve had such a fantastically fun-filled February that I’ve struggled to pick out highlights! Nonetheless, here they are…
First things first, illustrated here by the lovely residents of Mother Redcaps, obviously the big celebration this month was Valentine’s Day…
…which tied in perfectly to our theme for February: Heart Month! All our homes took part, with their residents engaging in fun activities related to heart health!
Blair House even went the extra mile (pun intended) and held a walking challenge! Residents competed to get the most steps and were determined to get outside to do so every single day!
And those healthy activities again tied in perfectly to another big event this February… the Winter Olympics! Ash Grove and Sandy Banks held their own games and the residents had an absolute blast competing!
Other February activities included amazing feasts for Chinese New Year at Ash Grove and Blair House…
…lots of singing and dancing at Byron Court and Sandy Banks…
…and a very special visit to Bolton Wanderers FC for Burgess Manor’s famous ex-player resident!
What a brilliant month! And March is already shaping up to be just as good! See you next time!
