Blair House - Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.  This position for 35 hours per week, on days, some weekend work included.

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will provide companionship and support to our residents, ensuring each day passes by with a smile on their face. Alongside the wider Housekeeping team you will be responsible for the cleaning of the home including resident bedrooms, common areas and public spaces. You will have supervisory responsibilities, ensuring the team rostering is efficient and budgetary controls are maintained

As one of our team members you can look forward to receiving a 12 week induction program, which will equip you with the skills you need to navigate challenges that bring others to a standstill, we will do this by ensuring you make the most of your talents.

All our staff members are given the opportunity to further their skills by completing their QCF Level 2 or 3. We currently have a number of our team being trained in the Care Home Assistant Practitioner (CHAPs) qualification so they are able to further their own professional development whilst supporting the Nurse Team
