So, why the change?

To us, our residents are not just clients; they are individuals with rich histories, experiences and wisdom. We recognise that not only are they are someone’s father, mother, brother, sister; they have helped shape the world, caring for us in a way by creating the safe and comfortable lives we enjoy today.

In return for this, our mission at Venturi is to ensure that our residents receive the specialised care and support they need and deserve during these challenging times when they can no longer care for themselves, and that their families can rest assured, knowing they are in safe hands.

But our residents are not the only people we are concerned about…

Here at Venturi, we understand that our staff are invaluable. They deserve to work in a safe, supportive and empowering environment where they feel appreciated as individuals. We want them to take pride in their work and know without a doubt that their wellbeing is always our top priority.

We hope it’s clear that, although this is a small change, it is a meaningful one. One that better communicates our core values of purpose, excellence, openness, passion, learning and empathy and encourages open communication and continuous improvement in a supportive environment for both staff and residents.
