Venturi Healthcare were extremely proud to host their very first Care Awards ceremony earlier this month. The prestigious evening celebrated all Venturi Healthcare staff, whether they provide direct or indirect care. The awards were designed to recognise excellence across the Venturi Group and to pay tribute to those individuals who have demonstrated brilliance within their field of work.
There were six award categories available for nomination, which represent all areas of our care delivery including front line staff and those who make an impact in other ways, such as innovation, catering and maintaining our homes. We received over 110 nominations, from colleagues, managers and relatives and from these 59 Venturi Healthcare staff became nominees.
