At Venturi Healthcare we have homes based in Southport, called Blair House and Burgess Manor Care Home, which can provide nursing care for those aged 18 or above. Both homes specialise in different types of mental health care and have expert Registered Nurses on site 24 hours per day.
Burgess Manor and Blair House are excellent at providing long term care for those who have experienced long term health issues relating to mental health. Blair house also has a rehabilitation unit if your goal is to return home after some time with us.
We want to give our residents an environment where we can help them to improve their wellbeing and self-esteem. Our staff are encouraged to constantly improve their knowledge and skills to provide this support.
Mental health care has to be designed for the individual, as our residents can suffer in different ways even if they have the same mental health illness. To ensure we are able to cater for individual care needs, our team of Registered Nurses will develop a bespoke plan of care. This will include all aspects of your daily care needs.
Mental health can affect the way you think, feel and behave. Effective support and treatment can reduce symptoms and help achieve positive mental wellbeing.
Our team of experience staff receive extensive training to support them in their role. They will utilise these skills to ensure you or your loved one is making positive strides on a daily basis.
