COVID Support

The past few years have seen us all having to get use to a different way of living, the Covid19 pandemic brought with it unprecedented challenges and hurdles for us to jump. The safety and wellbeing of our staff, residents and visitors is paramount and we ensure we follow the most up to date Government Guidance.

We are over the moon that close contact visits have now resumed and residents can have an unlimited number of visitors, previously this was limited to three people. You are no longer required to make an appointment for your visit and all friends and family are welcome anytime. We do ask that you try to avoid visiting at meal times due to this being an extremely busy time of day.

Unfortunately, Covid is still prevalent and this means from time to time we may have cases within our care homes. If one of our homes has more than two cases of Covid, whether this be staff or residents, the home is placed in to “outbreak” status to minimise the potential spread.  Enhanced infection prevention controls are put in place and this may impact on visiting arrangements.

During outbreak,  all visitors must wear appropriate PPE. Prior to attending the home we ask that you complete a LFD test so you are able to confirm your negative test result upon your arrival.
