We are delighted to share that our care home, Burgess Manor has achieved an excellent outcome following our recent PAMMS quality audit, recognising the high standards of care, safety, and support delivered across the service.

This achievement reflects the dedication, compassion, and professionalism of our entire team, who work tirelessly every day to ensure residents receive outstanding person-centred care in a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.

The PAMMS audit reviewed several key areas of the service, including care delivery, medication management, safeguarding, leadership, staff training, resident wellbeing, and quality assurance processes. The positive outcome highlights the strength of our team culture and our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in care.

We are particularly proud that the audit recognised the positive relationships between staff and residents, the caring atmosphere within the home, and the commitment shown by colleagues to uphold dignity, respect, and independence for every individual living with us.
