We provide different levels of care, from residential care to specialist nursing care.
Steve is the Manager of Burgess Manor in Southport. Steve is both a qualified mental health nurse and has experience in both managing and owning care homes himself. So, his level of knowledge and experience is unquestionable. Steve has a real passion for improving the care we can give our residents and is committed to delivering the best quality care at Burgess Manor Care Home. Steve even has experience managing both Mother Redcaps Care Home in Wallasey and Byron Court Care Home in Liverpool, which are also both Venturi Healthcare Homes.
Peter is the Manager of Blair House Care Home in Southport, a home whose residents are younger adult mental health issues. Peter is a Registered Mental Health Nurse and has experience as a Deputy Manager. He prides himself on developing his own skills, thus enabling him to support his team and the residents. Peter is our newest manager, only being appointed in June 2021, however his vast experience in the care sector will ensure his continued success.
Nick is the Manager of Mother Redcaps Care Home in Wallasey. Nick is using his extensive knowledge to focus on the turnaround of care homes. Nick displays real passion and commitment to improving the quality of care delivered to Mother Redcaps Care Home. As another new manager, Nick joined the Team in May 2021.
Siama is the Manager of Ash Grove Care Home Burnley, which is a residential care home. Siama rose through the ranks quickly, only joining Venturi Healthcare in 2020, but being promoted to Manager in April 2021. Siama did this through her years’ worth of prior experience of Managing Residential Homes and has become an asset to the team. Siama is supported by Deputy Manager, Suzanne Gill.
Craig is the Manager of Byron Court Care Home in Liverpool, which is a residential and nursing home. Craig is a Registered General Nurse and even has experience managing large Nursing Homes. Craig uses his passion and commitment to improve the care he can help give at Byron Court and build upon the GOOD CQC rating already achieved there. Craig is supported by his Deputy Manager, Sarah Dunleavy.
Pat is the Manager of Rivington Park Care Home in Chorley, whose residents are those who require general nursing care. Pat is a Registered General Nurse and has previous experience in Management positions. Pat has recently signed up to complete her Level 7 in Leadership and Management to hone her already exemplary skills and further support her team within the home. Pat is determined to continuously improve the care provided within Rivington Park and enhance the daily lives of those living with us.
Lorna is the Manager of Sandy Banks Care Home in Leyland, a home that specialises in Dementia care. Lorna has a wide array of experience in mental health and general care. She has worked her way up the ladder at Sandy Banks to in up in Management. She has recently completed her Level 7 in Leadership and Management, and the skills she’s learnt are reflected in her management style.
